PANJIT Hosts 2024 Q3 ESG Masterclass

To further promote sustainable corporate governance and a happy workplace environment, PANJIT held its Q3 2024 ESG Masterclass as a key initiative in its ESG series. The company was honored to invite Ms. Tsai Yu-Ling, founder of Talent Gain Human Capital Integration, to deliver a compelling and insightful keynote on DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion). With a wealth of practical HR experience and evidence-based insights, Ms. Tsai led participants through a thought-provoking session on the real-world meaning and applications of DEI.

Beyond Gender Equality: DEI in Everyday Practice

The session revealed that DEI is far more extensive than gender equality. True diversity and inclusion are cultivated through:
• A respectful and empathetic communication environment
• Genuine listening and understanding of each other's perspectives
• Managerial support for employees' holistic needs, including work-life balance, dual-career parenting, and inclusive workplace policies
• Support for managers themselves, so they are empowered to assist their teams when needed
The talk emphasized that promoting DEI is not solely a corporate responsibility—it is a collective cultural evolution that requires full participation from everyone.

Aligning with Global SDGs to Strengthen Social Commitment

This initiative also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Goal 4 (Quality Education), Goal 5 (Gender Equality), Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and Goal 10 (Reduced Inequalities). Through concrete internal actions, PANJIT affirms its commitment to integrating social responsibility into its ESG values.

DEI is the key to shared growth between business and society. We look forward to fostering deeper conversations and continuous internal advocacy to integrate the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion into every employee’s daily life and personal journey.
